We spotlighted the booming Crozet real estate market, including Old Trail Village, Old Trail Golf Club and the population growth that’s on the horizon in Crozet (18,000 – 36,000 new people). We also discussed the Lumber Yard project, a 23-acre parcel in the heart of Crozet that could soon be developed into a downtown corridor featuring restaurants, shops and music venues.
Greg Slater also discussed the Thomas Jefferson Community Land Trust and its Nassau Street Project. The TJCLT is building top-flight affordable housing (units that sell for $215,000 but have a market value of roughly $300,000-$350,000) on Nassau Street. Fantastic knowledge here!
